Traditional yoga

Hatha Yoga is also known as traditional yoga. In the word Hatha, ‘Ha’(ha) means the sun, and ‘tha’(ta) means the moon. It represents the balance of two opposites: male and female, day and night, yin and yang, cold and heat, and any other complementarity.

Traditional Hatha Yoga is an ancient yoga system. It is best for beginners. It is achieved through body postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques. You control your breathing while practicing, using the slow, deep breathing technique. It emphasizes the complete relaxation of your body. This is a practice without a sense of competition, promoting the feeling of each individual, rather than being perfect. The entire person is fully concentrated, working physically and mentally in harmony, bringing happiness to the body and spirit. 

The real power of this system is that it is a pathway to eternal happiness and inner freedom. Its postures are designed to help the body be more flexible and improve joint problems. Its purpose is to promote rhythmic breathing and develop physical potential.
