Tai Chi  also called Taiji quan. It is a form of self-defense used in ancient China. Tai chi is a martial art with gentle movements. It uses abdominal breathing and its postures are a bit like dance.

In ancient China, Tai Chi was mostly used for self-defense. Nowadays, most people exercise Tai Chi just to keep the body healthy, because it can quickly build up strength, prevent disease, and strengthen immunity. 

It is suitable for any age, and it is a very effective exercise method to quickly strengthen your physique. Its movements are characterized by relaxation, gentleness, slowness, concentration, and breathing.

Regularly practiced, Tai chi can improve body balance, strengthen leg muscles, and prevent falls.
